A graduate of Maine Maritime Academy, Captain Robert C. Glover, III holds a Master of Steam, Motor or Auxiliary Sail Vessels of Not More Than 1600 Gross Tons, Master of Ocean Towing Vessels, Third Mate of Steam or Motor Vessels of Any Gross Tons Upon Oceans, Radar Observer unlimited and a Commonwealth of Dominica STCW Certificate for Master Rating 3000GT (ITC). Bob served on the board of directors for the American Sail Training Association and Sail Baltimore. Sailing since 1973 aboard Ocean & Harbor Tugs, Salvage Tugs and Tall Ships, Bob has been featured in several publications including: On Tugboats,  WoodenBoat, Maritime Life and Traditions, and Ocean Navigator.
