Angela graduated from Tulane University with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biomedical Engineering in 1993 & 1994, respectively. In 1995, she and Eric purchased Northeast Maritime and have worked to further develop the Institute since that time. She assists with course and program development and approvals as well as Institutional accreditation and licensing.
