Northeast Maritime offers a wide range of U.S. Coast Guard and Commonwealth of Dominica Maritime Administration approved and STCW compliant maritime courses and maritime training opportunities for the professional and entry level mariner. These trainings and courses are used for both professional development and licensing upgrades.

Northeast Maritime has provided programs to government and corporate entities. Specialized training and site specific programs can be developed and delivered either at the Institute or at your work site. Consulting services for numerous companies and governments around the globe are also provided by the NMI Special Services Division.

An approved training center for the Commonwealth of Dominica Maritime Administration, NMI trains mariners from the Caribbean allowing them to apply for Dominica licenses and endorsements, providing them additional employment opportunities in the international arena.
