A graduate of Maine Maritime Academy, Robert C. Glover, III holds a Master of Steam, Motor or Auxilliary Sail Vessels of Not More Than 1600 Gross Tons, Master of Ocean Towing Vessels, Third Mate of Steam or Motor Vessels of Any Gross Tons Upon Oceans, Radar Observer unlimited and a Commonwealth of Dominica STCW Certificate for Master Rating 3000GT (ITC). Bob served on the board of directors for the American Sail Training Association and Sail Baltimore. Sailing since 1973 aboard Ocean & Harbor Tugs, Salvage Tugs and Tall Ships, Bob has been featured in several publications including:On Tugboats, WoodenBoat, Maritime Life and Traditions, Ocean Navigator.
