Registration Form You may register in a course(s) either by phone or via this web site using the form below.
To enroll by phone, call 1-800-767-4025 (in U.S.) or 508-992-4025 and one of our Admissions Representatives will assist you.
If you enroll via this web site and you do not receive confirmation of your enrollment request either by phone or email within 2 days, please contact the Admissions Office by telephone at 1-800-767-4025 (in U.S.) or 508-992-4025 to ensure that we have properly received and processed your registration.
A deposit of $100 is required to register for a professional development course and a deposit of $25 is required to reserve a seat in a community service program, as class size can be limited. (Fees may be paid in full at the time of registration.) Deposits are refundable up to two weeks before the class begins. Full payment by check, money order, cash, credit card, or purchase order is due by the first day of class. After that time, NMI may assess a processing fee. Northeast Maritime may cancel a course if the minimum number of students is not achieved. Registered students will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued.
